Today, I saw my old friend Kee Sian at my work place. He is a medic in Hope ambulance.. So nice to see him again.

Although no 3X test today, i go for my personal training. I completed 2 X 1/2 3X. Does it sounds like maths formula haha...

Tomorrow going to spend half day study and a short time to prepare my stuff for ANCO.

28 April 2010 (Rainy)

Today, I woke up around 9am and went for a mini biathlon. I swim non-stop for 16 lap (800m) follow by a 5 km run. The time I took was 58 minutes, I know that it is slow but as a first timer i give myself a job well done. I will strive for better timing and longer distance in the future. JIA YOU!

In the noon, I went back to holy high and junior come and ask me,"sir, why there is no st. john? I miss the activity." I feel so happy and satisfied as member do enjoy our activity. Officers, Senior and NCOs, job well done this year.

Meet up with Anda and send the CPU to HP centre. It took around $90 to re-format the software waoo..

Spend dinner with anda, we had chicken wing, meat ball, sphaghetti and shrimp.

I bought a new Study table for my sister and me. I also bought a carpet to make it even more conducive for study. Hope that she will like it. Soon I will get a cushion study chair, table lamp and board to make it a study corner.

Tomorrow working have to turn in early for a more healthy lifestyle. Cheers. more thing tomorrow. Nights.

Tomorrow, going back to check the graduate record and maybe send my anda to HP to fix her computer.
I miss my fellow cadet. Hope exam will end for them and me soon.

I am going to get Lin Da Lang costume.. To be exact, wig, sunglass, suspender, pink short and pink tops.

I woke up and had breakfast with mummy. it's about 2 months since we had breakfast together.

Completed Chpt 1 for both my 'management' and 'communication'. Hooray

'mass media' module shall be completed later in the night time.

Not going home today and tomorrow due to committement.

I need to stay focus on "STUDY" for the next 29 day and I can enjoy the next 60 day. "OH YES"

so happy today, Mr. Bernard See taught me 2 new guitar song; "kiss goodbye- wang li hong" & "xin bu liao qing- wan fang". hope can master it by ANCO and ATC. "JIA YOU'

Today i online and someone told me that she after school came home and facebook immediately without bathing. Eeee.....smelly... and she still declare that she is fragrant.

I'm happy today as i went out with my Training friends for a recee around hougang, seng kang and punggol. I feel that our teamwork are getting better each and single time we meet up.

We visit a hospital and had taken a photo over there. (To be posted at a later time)

Have dinner with granny, mummy and sister. It's been a long time we sat down together and eat.

Hooray, I score 76 for my mass media TMA02. Job well done, Qiang. Jia you..
